Italian sculptor based in Turin-Italy. Trained in graphic design and animation, after years spent working freelance, I enrolled at Albertina Academy of Fine Arts of Turin. I obtained a BFA and an MFA in Sculpture; during that time I had the opportunity to study with Luciano Massari, Fabio Viale and Mario Airò and participate in many round-tables with affirmed artists, like Cesare Pietroiusti, Masbedo, Carretto and Spagna, etc. Between 2009 and 2012, I spent time working and living abroad, in Valencia (Spain) and London (United Kingdom). Alongside, I work-shopped with Italian artisans Nino Ventura at Fonderia Artistica De Carli and Michele Guaschino, and covered an assistantship position for Scottish artist David Mach in London.
My artistic research attempts to narrate, translate and revise, social inequity and climate change matters through various popular culture lens.
I was part of successful artist collectives (Deviazioni and CTC), at Parco d' Arte Vivente (PAV) and featured as a juror for NY Apexart "Franchise Program" 2016-17. My work was selected to represent the Albertina Academy of Fine Arts on several occasions and featured in both national and international exhibitions. I was awarded the "Art' Ecò, l'ecologia nel tuo spazio", "Saorgio 81/AR" and "Rocco Dicillo" prizes, and various honourable mentions.
